We dispatch from Lentvaris, Lithuania within 1–2 business days of your order. Delivery within Lithuania usually follows within a few business days, and other EU countries typically take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If you created an account, the same link is under My account. If nothing has arrived within ten business days of dispatch, email us and we’ll chase it.

Email care@lemicrobiome.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the parcel and contents, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Yes. As an EU consumer you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return unopened bottles for a full refund of the goods. Because EQUILI is a food supplement, a bottle whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Email us first so we can send you return instructions.

That’s fine. Return the unopened bottles and we refund their proportional share of what you paid. We don’t re-price the bottles you keep at the single-bottle rate — your discount stays.

To the payment method you used, within 14 days of the returned bottles reaching us. Card refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Two capsules a day with a meal and a glass of water.
We recommend taking them twice a day — one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.

One bottle of 60 capsules lasts 30 days. Don’t exceed the recommended dose.

No. Just carry on with two capsules the next day. Consistency over weeks matters far more than any single day.

Vegan: the capsule shell is plant cellulose (HPMC) and every ingredient is of plant origin. Free from gluten, soy, milk, nuts and shellfish, non-GMO, no gelatin, colors or added sugar. The full ingredient list is on the Product page →.

Cool, dry place below 25°C, away from light, lid closed, out of children’s reach. The best-before date and batch number are printed on every bottle.
